Certified AGILE CoachTM credential leads the candidate to be a certified member of AGILE Community to coach, mentor and train the AGILE Team within the organizations. This certification confirms that the Certified AGILE CoachTM understands the concepts, benefits, tools and techniques, roles and responsibilities, methods and professional values of AGILE. This certification will give you respect and acknowledgement in the AGILE community as an Certified AGILE CoachTM and thereby encourages you to preach and coach individuals AGILE Methodology within organization who apply the AGILE Methodology within their organization and AGILE projects.
Candidates who are AGILE FoundationTM or Certified AGILE PractitionerTM or Certified AGILE ExpertTM can apply as a Certified AGILE CoachTM who understands the AGILE methodology and it demonstrates your experience and expertise in the field of AGILE. This certification will elevate your career even further by earning the credential of Certified AGILE CoachTM.
AGILE is becoming well known in all industries and is welcomed by management and project teams. AGILE is the future. The process for this certification is simple. The interested participant has to apply for the credential of AGILE coach and one of our Panel of Council Associates will be assigned to you for the process of certification. This credential needs a lot of hand holding through the process of certification. The Panel of Council Associates will have a round of discussion on tele-conferencing facility to understand and gage the knowledge and expertise of the participant. After the round 1 of interview, the Panel of Council Associates will give a topic for academia project, which the participant has to complete within the given time of 30 days.
The Panel of Council Associates will evaluate the Project and will give corrections if required. Once all the comments are taken care of, the Panel of Council Associates will give the recommendation to the board for allotment of the credential of Certified AGILE CoachTM.

Requirement Criteria
Work Experience: In order to appear for this certification exam you need to have minimum 3 years of professional work experience in any domain and in any industry.
Training Requirement: You need to mandatorily attend the training from our Authorized Training Associates to appear for the CACTM certification examination. You will be awarded with Associate ICCA Credits (AIC’s) through our Authorized Training Associates.

Examination Pattern
The CACTM Exam is based on the Body of Knowledge for AGILE. The certification contains 60 multiple-choice questions to test the participant’s concepts from the Body of Knowledge for AGILE. Each question has equal weightage. There is no negative marking for any question. Exam is been closely monitored and proctored by the Authorized Examination Associate been appointed by ICCA Council. You will have a choice to select your convenient Authorized Examination Associate as per your preferred location.
This credential has multiple stages: Stage 1 and Stage 2
Stage 1 – Interview Round
This stage needs a lot of hand holding through the process of certification. The Panel of Council Associates will have a round of discussion on tele-conferencing facility to understand and gage the knowledge and expertise of the participant.

Stage 2 – Project evaluation
After the round 1 of interview, the Panel of Council Associates will give a topic for academia project, which the participant has to complete within the given time of 30 days.
The Panel of Council Associates will evaluate the Project and will give corrections if required. Once all the comments are taken care of, the Panel of Council Associates will give the recommendation to the board for allotment of the credential of Certified AGILE CoachTM.

Result
The result is declared within maximum 15 working days from the date of exam. Upon successfully clearing the examination candidates can be honoured by the credentials CACTM
Candidates are requested to use naming of credentials on their respective profiles and social networking media as per the guidelines mentioned in the Agile Body of Knowledge - Code of ethics.
